Amy and Nate’s Engagement session was so much fun. Amy is a friend of David’s from work, so I had met her a few times and always loved her bubbly enthusiastic personality. As Amy was texting me outfit choices we discussed the setting for the photos. Amy and Nate are outdoorsy adventures, who also have a swanky glam side. Knowing this, we shot the first half of their session at the Palladian Hotel Seattle.

We scheduled the family photo session around the best light.
The family wore a mix of patterns and styles for the photos.
We were all flexible and understanding with the kids.
I brought gummies to bribe the kids with. Ha! It totally worked too.
I gave directions and posed everyone throughout the session.
And let's be honest...if I still lived in Dallas I could probably reschedule for cloudy weather, but that is going to be rough going in the PNW.
